- payment upfront, orders above $100cad can be divided into individual payments with the commission being completed upon full payment.

- all commissions are for personal use only, an agreement must be made for commercial rights, by commissioning you agree to all listed terms.

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission.

- I reserve the right to drop a commission that has not been paid for if there has been no
communication in a weeks time.

- You may only be refunded for a commission if it has not been started or unable to be finished. Cancellations are allowed at any time but will not be refunded if work has been started.

- I will not do fanart commissions of subjects I am unfamiliar with.

- Turnaround time can take 1-4 weeks but can be longer depending on complexity, medium, or client queue.

- Nothing made by Julian Miholics, commission or personal work, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFT’s, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

Pricings are generally $75-150cad but can also be around $40cad for simple and small designs. (fill out commission form with specifics ((ie. size,color, placement)) for pricing).
Original art highly preferred and if you would like your piece drawn on a canvas that matches your skin tone for better insight of how the design will look finished, please let me know!
